Pike County Forecast -- March 9, 2020
One more day...
The weatherman says we get one more day of nice weather and then it's back to the rain. It's 40º in Hampton, 45º at the Farm. The wind is from the SE at 5-10 mph. The folks at ATL say the sky is Partly Cloudy with Scattered clouds at 25,000 feet.
Increasing clouds with a high of 68ºF. (Rejoice summer lovers.) The wind will shift around to the South and stay at the 5-10 mph with a occasional gust to 15 mph.
My phone ap gave me a different picture this morning. A 50% chance of rain. But when I dug into it, it was a 30% chance of light drizzle at 3 PM and a 40% chance of light drizzle at 5 PM. It's hard to get a forecast from an icon. Or maybe they were forecasting tears at the close of the stock market today.
You might catch a little shower late today. The main body of rain is tomorrow. Enjoy today.
