What Can Happen

I had this shot set up at 6:27 AM because the sunrise was so dull.  Sunrise wasn't until 6:49.  I was just silhouetting the tree again an inky blue sky and a thin, orange glow on the horizon.  I never saw any clouds until 10 minutes before sunrise.  They're probably all leftover contrails but it would take them awhile to be that dispersed.  My point being, you just never know what can happen.

Sunrise from the overlook at Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, Alabama.
