Georgia Weather

Some of you might remember that last year my daffodils were blooming about now -- early January. That’s not a problem this year. It barely snowed last night, around 10 PM, but it went down to 20 degrees and it’s not supposed to get above freezing today.

This is as long as I ever remember it staying cold in Georgia. I think yesterday was the first time above 40 in a week. We’ll get a few days every winter below 20 degrees or so but it’s usually just one day or two before it warms up again. We’re not supposed to get above 40 again until Monday. I’m not complaining, mind you. Just observing. I’ll take anything over Georgia summers -- 90+ with high humidity.
