Become the Shot

It's pretty amazing — how many people I meet on Monte Sano.  This family showed up after it snowed.  It was their first time seeing snow.  (They live on the coast, down south.)

Folks are always worried about getting in my shot.  And I always tell them to go wherever they want and do what they want.  They only have a day or two to enjoy this place at sunrise.  I get to do it every day.  Besides, they might become the shot. Sometimes — if I'm lucky — that becomes true.
