Memorial Day -- 2024

My recent vacation was scheduled around a memorial service for a friend.  He was a veteran but he wasn't killed in service.  He was interred at Fort Sheridan National Cemetery, outside Chicago, IL with many Americans that were.  It is they who are honored today in America.
