Just Thoughtlessness

As usual, the color was better early this morning, long before the Sun came up.  Most of the color was up north, so you get to see the outline of Logan Point in the foreground.  And, as you can probably tell, the lights of Northeast Huntsville keep multiplying.  We could do better.  We know we shouldn't be installing any more lights without a shield for the sky.  And yet, even the neighborhoods that tout themselves as close to nature have done so.  But the ones that annoy me the most are like the one you see at the top of the ridge.  It's like somebody bought the view just so they could ruin it for everybody else.

I know it is just thoughtlessness.  That's the reason I'm mentioning it — so you can think about it.  Just in case you ever have a chance to ruin someone's view, hopefully, you won't.
