Pike County Forecast -- Wednesday, April 15, 2020

This weather forecast brought to you by American tax dollars.

Don't worry, Tax Day has been pushed back. I just thought I'd use April 15th as a reminder that every single piece of data I use for these forecasts -- including the forecast itself -- is paid for by you, the American taxpayer.  It is a mammoth system -- unbelievably important -- and you make it all possible.

It's a wonderfully cool 44ºF out at the Farm.  The relative humidity is down at 61% and the wind is out of the North at 5 mph -- gusting to 15.  (The summer-lovers won't like that at all.) The skies over ATL are mostly cloudy -- 18,000 ft. BROKEN.  But not to worry, today's forecast is almost perfect.

Sunny with a high of 65º.  Windy. From the North at 10 mph, gusting to 20 mph. Tonight's low will be even colder at almost 40º.

Enjoy it while it lasts. We'll all be sweating soon enough.
