Happy Anniversary Princess

Back when I had winter sunsets, I'd go out to the lake to work on this project for my daughter.  She got married last April and these fairy lights were the center pieces of her dining tables at the reception afterwards.  They are wrapped around branches I cut from a Rose of Sharon in our back yard.  The Rose of Sharon is from a cutting her grandmother gave us years ago.

I've been holding on to this since December so I could surprise her with it on her first anniversary.  Everything worked just fine — until the pandemic slowed down the mail. (She lives in the UK now.)  She finally got the cards I printed with this image today.  Better late than never.
