Missing Your Sunrise

A buddy of mine saw my new-car pictures and asked me to shoot some of his new car.  (Like we didn't see that coming.)  He's an early riser like me so he showed up early enough for the good part of sunrise.  He didn't realize how I like to work a subject but after about 20 times of turning various lights on and off he was getting a clue.  I don't know if he was bored or feeling guilty but he was trying to get me to quit, right when the light got great.  "Look, you're missing your sunrise."  I assured him I was not.
