Do Better

I told you I could do better.  But that doesn't mean you'll like it better.  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  I like the reds and the blues. I also like the sky better. I'll put a few of the other color combos on Facebook and Instagram when I get around it it.

Comparing the two images, I think I can feel your pain when trying to get the best complete composition. I agree you've done better here.

I particularly like the rippled water reflection more than a mirror-like reflection of that further scene. I much prefer the right building's reflection of the sky vs the earlier post's interior-lit version. And yet... the earlier photo's copper/bronze tinted reflection on the left building is more attractive to my eye.

The number of variables in play here makes this a scene worthy of showing up to explore the potential. I am reminded of how your lake sunrise photos got progressively better as you gained experience with the scene.
