Old Farm, New Life

I took a trip to the Hubert Family Farms in New Market, Alabama this morning to see the tulips blooming.  It fell like I was in Kansas.  You could see the mountains in the distance but it's as flat as a pancake and — at least today — the wind was constant.  It's almost like it was March or something.

Anyway, it was a scouting trip more than anything but I did manage to get a few pictures out of it.  As I understand it, they'll have sunflowers blooming in late summer. I'll be back.
