Come and Go Fog

When I got to the overlook this morning, it was so foggy I couldn't see to walk with my headlamp.  Just like the high beams on your car, it just reflected all the fog right back at me.  It started raining anyway so I waited in the truck for the Sun to crank up its light.  The rain quit, the fog disappeared and I could see for about 10 miles (even if there wasn't much to see).

When I drove down to the trailhead, I was back in the fog.  And that's the way it went all morning.  The fog would come and go.  Here is is, rolling back down the hill, on the Bankhead Trail in Monte Sano State Park, outside Huntsville, Alabama.
