Today’s Photo 10-27-10



Rain. Wind. Overcast. I was supposed to be photographing the fall colors. After all that driving, the conditions were disastrous.

You can’t get lucky if you don’t show up.

I think it's impossible sometimes to capture the beauty of the moment in a photograph. It is an outstanding shot and I'm sure I would have appreciated it more in person despite the poor photographic conditions. Nice job!
