Gurley Keeps Growing

I've seen this movie before.  I know how it ends.  As more and more people move to Huntsville for work, the land prices keep rising.  So people move further out for the cheaper land (they think cheaper "house") and commute into town (or the Army base). So the suburbs keep growing — along with the traffic jams.  Next thing you know, you're Atlanta. 

A gorgeous sky early this morning before the rain clouds blacked out the Sun. Gurley, Alabama as seen from Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville, Alabama.  Check the exposure data.  It was too dark to notice the tree creeping into the frame on the left.
