A Collect for Fridays

In the Episcopal Church, a Collect (KOL-ekt) "collects" the intentions of the congregation into a petition to God.  It is from Latin: collecta — to gather together (one's thoughts I suppose).  If you want to know more, ask ChatGPT like I did. 

There are Collects and Prayers for all sorts of things in the Book of Common Prayer — including for use on Fridays.  Happy Flickr Friday.
