Let the Flowers In

It really bugs me this is the best picture of the morning.  Sunrise was completely fogged out.  But that just means I get to take fog pictures on the Bankhead Trail.  And I did.  I even got the god-beams I was looking for when the Sun starting chasing off the fog. (Too late and too harsh.)  But this is still the best picture of the morning.

When an old tree falls, it takes out enough of the canopy to let the sunlight in,  And the wildflowers.

Wild hydrangeas grow next to an old log along the Bankhead Trail in Monte Sano State Park, Huntsville, Alabama.
