I Went Out to Play

Saturday, I played it safe and stuck to trying to get everybody covered — all contestants in all events.  It's not how I like to shoot but it's alright and it keeps my rodeo friends happy.  But it's a two-day event — with the same people -- so, on Sunday, I went out to play.

This is the kind of shot I like to make at the rodeo.  The individual events are cool, and I do enjoy shooting them, but I prefer to be roaming around on the edges, catching candid, real moments.  Like this one.
