Black Walnut -- Big Dipper

Another cloudless morning on Monte Sano. That makes for about 10 days in a row.  I can't remember ever seeing this many mornings In a row without clouds.  Oh well, I've had plenty of practice shooting the stars.

The lights of northeast Huntsville glow under the valley fog below the Big Dipper and the black walnut of the overlook at Monte Sano State Park. The streak of meteor (at the top of the frame)  is just a bonus.
