God Beams Mystery Woman

The fog was so thick I had to wear my headlamp around my neck so I could see where I was going this morning.  But it was patchy so I actually got some decent photos of a foggy sunrise.  Then, as usual, I drove down the hill to walk up the Bankhead Trail for the exercise portion of the morning.  (There are methods to my madness but let's get to the picture.)

I was really hoping for some decent "God beams" walking up the trail but they never showed up.  I walked my mile up the hill and was making my way back down when I descended through a new fog bank.  By now (as you can see) the Sun was already high in the sky.  Too harsh for my taste but what's the harm in trying?  And then this mystery woman walked right into my picture, making her way up the Bankhead Trail.

You can't beat luck.  You can't get lucky if you don't show up.
