(Yesterday) -- John Hopkins CSSE is reporting 20,639,217 cases of COVID-19 in the US as of 5:00 AM, January 4, 2021.

That's 184,124 new  cases compared to yesterday's 209,365 new cases.  2,041 Americans died from COVID-19 yesterday.
