Kite on a String

I didn't leave the house this morning with the intention of photographing a leaf.  But as I was walking down the Bankhead Trail, there it was, hanging about head-height from the anchor strand of a spider web. Blowing in the wind, just like a kite on a string.

In Monte Sano State Park, Huntsville, Alabama.
