Golden Oldie
Here's a golden oldie for you. Most people have never heard of Providence Canyon in Georgia. (50 miles south of Columbus, GA.) It really is in the middle of nowhere. You'll never pass by it on your way to anywhere. So, if you want to see it, you have to make a special trip to see it.
But, as you can see, it photographs well. This was sunset, in February of 2014.
And just because I can't help myself…this isn't a natural formation. This is erosion from bad farming practices from around 200 years ago.
