It Must Be October

Another morning where I woke up too early.  Oh well.  I knew it was supposed to be another clear morning (it was) so instead of tossing and turning, I decided to get up and shoot the stars.

Funny thing, when I searched my images to make sure I didn't use the same title, I noticed most of my images of the Big Dipper were from October.  Funny how that works.

The Big Dipper hangs above the suburbs of Huntsville, Alabama about an hour and a half before sunrise.  Shot from the overlook at Monte Sano State Park.
