In my perfect world companies that provide workers a higher wage and benefit package would stand to receive the most in tax breaks. I hate to think of the only residual benefactors of lower taxes being those in management ingratiating themselves with huge bonuses on the backs of the workers that made it all possible.

Anything to help close the divide between the haves and the have-nots would be a good thing for us about now.
