Slept for Eight

I'm on the road so here's a substitute sunrise for you.  I slept for eight hours last night — for the first time in I-don't-know-when. Oh, okay, I did wake up around 4 AM (and 6) but I managed to sleep until 7.  It's highly over-rated as far as I'm concerned.
