Oh Yeah, Merry Christmas

I'm posting this as a sort of I-was-there kind of picture.  Everybody knows how much I like the cold and some folks want to think I was wimping out now that it's gotten brutal (for The South).  

I believed the weather report on Friday — light snow and overcast — so I promised Mrs. Brown I wouldn't go. (Southerners, snow and cars don't mix well.)  Saturday I was geared up, putting on my boots and poof! the power went out.  I think the thermometer was reading 7ºF.  The garage door not opening was the least of the problems I was contemplating.  Good thing it came back on in 30 minutes. (Rolling blackouts to keep the grid from failing.)

Anyway, I finally made it out this morning and it was a calm, balmy 18ºF.  Oh yeah, and y'all have a Merry Christmas.
