Taking a Snow Day

Just on the other side of those trees at the top is where I take my sunrise pictures every morning — in Monte Sano State Park.  I took this from the street in front of my house.  This being The South, the road to the top was closed by the 3-4 inches of snow we had on the night of the 2nd. 

I stayed home anyway, working on next year's Christmas card.  (Shhhh, don't tell anybody.)  So this is all you get today.  I did get up there yesterday afternoon.  Nothing to write home about but maybe I'll post one later.
