Alabama -- The Unexpected

I'm still nursing my sprained wrist so I've dug into the recent archives.  Even though I grew up next door in Georgia, Northern Alabama is turning out to be full of the unexpected — groundhogs, alligators, bears and wheat fields. Who knew?   

I look forward to more surprises.
