Everybody is a Photographer

Everybody is a photographer now.  You'd think that would make the idea of a Photography Park easier to sell wouldn't you?  

I love all the photographic possibilities of this light tunnel.  I might have to include one in my Photography Park.  What?  Do you think I just want a sunrise/sunset spot?  Over the years I've been thinking about it, I've taken this idea (in my mind) from a sunrise/sunset spot to a hotel, then a college and then to an entire town.  And I'm pretty sure it could grow even bigger.  Anybody know a rural county that needs a big idea?
