For Today at Least

The front edge of Hurricane Francine has reached Huntsville. It was windy and sprinkling rain on the overlook this morning.  So the pictures of Bankhead Trail won the day.  I don't usually photograph this section but, for today at least, it looked pretty nice.  Summer is ending, some leaves are starting to fall and a little bit of gold starts to creep into the forest.

In Monte Sano State Park, Huntsville, Alabama.
