Reason #532,024 I want a Photography Park.  Shouldn't a civilized society have a least one Public space open from which to watch a sunrise?  A place you can take your kids to see their first one?  Without having to pay a fee or rent a camp site or afford camping equipment?

At least one, in your town?  Your city?  Your county?  Just one?

Go look at your parks.  See how many of them have signs that say, CLOSED SUNSET TO SUNRISE.  (And most won't even have a view.)
