Than Good

My Daddy always said he'd rather be lucky than good.  He was both.  I miss him.

The very first frame from this morning on Monte Sano.  An hour and 8 minutes before the sunrise.  I just guessed at the exposure.  (Yes, it's straight out of the camera.)  I have no idea why the shaded  section of the crescent moon was so bright.
