Summer Cometh
Summer cometh in The South. Hot. Hazy. Humid. Day after day.
I was late this morning and — once again — I forgot to put my camera bag out in the truck, in the garage, overnight. Why do I need to do that (asks the Northerners)? So, as soon as I took my (air-conditioned, cold) camera out of the bag, it fogged up. And I was late. As I tell people all the time, no excuses because the Sun doesn't wait.
So here I was with a fogged up camera, nearing sunrise, so I grabbed the rodeo camera (with the big lens) and set up this picture. (It stays in the truck so it was already warmed up.) A rodeo camera, shooting straight at the Sun at F22. (I wanted some depth of field.) Guess what I've been doing all morning?
