Look for the Sweet Light

When you've photographed the same scene dozens of times, the only thing left is to look for is the sweet light.  This is just off the Bankhead Highway, where they blocked off the old road but kept it as a trail to the top of Monte Sano.  It is (roughly) looking east and it was that moment when the golden Sun is trying to break through the fog. 

You can't explain it to people that don't look for light but, after a few years, you no longer look for pictures, you look for light.  Taking a good picture in bad light is hard.  Taking pictures in good light is easy.  You might even find a great one.
