Catchlights are a Nice Touch

The way this arena was set up, the roping chutes are near a whole bank of glass doors at the entrance.  So, when the Sun was shining, the ropers would get reflections in their eyes from the glass doors.  As opposed to normal, when their eyes are in the shade of their hats from the overhead arena lights.

By the way, if you ever try to take pictures at a rodeo, make sure the flash is off.  Horses don't like flashes.  They don't like headlights from cars either.  Ask me how I know these things.
