Beach Day

It was another one of those mornings where the temperature doesn't tell the story.  It was 40º but I couldn't get warm. I refused to use a couple of hand warmers for 40ºF but I finally had to break down and pull out my fleece watch cap.  I usually don't wear it until it gets in the 20s.  And then their was this weird haze despite the wind gusting to about 10-15 mph. The air was thick with moisture.  I guess that's what made it so cold. 

Anyway, a young lady runs up early -- in the near dark — points to a section of the NE sky and says it reminds her of the colors she sees at the beach.  Dang if she wasn't right.
