Suddenly Not Subtle

It was a nice, soft, misty morning on the mountain.  Lots of fog in the valley, but clear on top.  But the colors were subdued by the haze. Subtle.  Until suddenly, when the Sun cleared the haze layer, it wasn't subtle anymore.
