(Yesterday) -- John Hopkins CSSE is reporting 7,458,550 cases of COVID-19 in the US as of 5:00 AM, October 6, 2020.

That's 43,267 new cases compared to yesterday's 40,443 new cases.  714 Americans died from COVID-19 yesterday.
