A Skein of Geese

We've been down this road before.  A "gaggle" of geese is a flock on the ground.  Once they are airborne, they become a skein. Look it up. Don't ask me what they are when on the water.  I think I'll just stick to calling them a flock.

Anyway, these geese were the only thing of interest I managed to photograph this morning on Madison County Lake in Alabama.
