Pike County Forecast -- Monday, March 23, 2020
Another wedge.
Here we are again. Another Monday morning. It's 53º on the Farm and it has been since midnight. The relative humidity is 99.9% and the wind is out of the East at 5-12 mph. That wind might keep in from being foggy. Maybe not where you are.
The forecast gives you about a 30% chance of catching one of those tiny showers that barely show up on the radar. But you can see what's coming later today.
Cloudy with a chance of showers this morning. A high of 70º. The wind will shift to the Southwest later and the cold front will move the wedge front out as everything moves East. That will increase the chance of rain to 70% and may bring some thunderstorms with it, this afternoon. Up to 1/2 inch of rain is possible.
Once again the surface map reflects the complexity of the forecast. But here it is in case you'd like to study it.
Y'all be safe.
