Red, Black and Blue

A red bird sits in the black walnut at the overlook every morning now and sings his heart out. And yesterday's sky was as blue as it could be.

As I type this, it's 78ºF on my back porch and the weatherman says it won't go below freezing for the next 10 days — at least.

Beware: The "last frost" date for Huntsville, AL is March 31st.
