Trout Lillies Hiding
I've been trying to get a picture of trout lillies or a week or more. I'm usually out in the mornings when it's cold and they are closed up tight. But I was able to get out this afternoon when it warmed up. I couldn't find a decent patch of them until I was about to leave — and there they were, hiding behind a tree less than 50 feet down the trail.
