Fly By Time

Madison County Lake is back open and the eagles are still there.

I hope I never take this for granted.  There was a time you couldn't dream to see a bald eagle in  The South.  We barely had any raptors at all.  DDT had just about wiped them all out.  So it's a real thrill to be able to see these birds — much less to photograph them.
